More than 50 community bankers, sponsors and PACB Associate Members gathered at the Hotel Hershey on June 2-3 for a conference dedicated to addressing issues specific to mutually chartered institutions.

Networking led the way and bankers were happy to be in-person and able to share ideas, strategies and challenges face-to-face.

Educational programming covered sessions including; Strengths and Threats to the Mutual Model, How Mutuals can Succeed as Economic First Responders, DEI Conversations in the Boardroom, Compensation and Benefits Arrangements Common to Mutual Institutions, Legislative Issues, Corporate Governance Issues Facing Mutual Institutions, Translating Relationships to Non-Interest Income, Trends of High Performing Mutual Banks, and Recent Developments Regarding Mutual Bank Mergers as a Strategic Opportunity.

PACB extends its sincere thanks to the Conference Sponsors: PACB Services, Luse Gorman, Locke Lord, Crowe, Haberfeld and First Federal of Greene County.

Mark Your Calendar for next year’s Maximizing Mutuality Conference ─ This popular event will be held at the Hotel Hershey from May 25-26, 2022.
